Code Enforcement & Building Department

Loudon Code Enforcement/Building Department is now located at the Fire Department side of the Safety Complex at 8 Cooper Street. This office handles Building Permits, Electrical, Gas, & Plumbing Permits, Solar Permits, Hawker and Peddler Applications, Sign Permits, Zoning Ordinance Violations, etc.
