Loudon's Planning and Zoning Office has information available to anyone who has questions about the Town's Zoning Ordinance, Land Development Regulations, the Master Plan, Capital Improvements Program, Open Space Trail System Plan, and other planning-related materials.

Application deadline is 21 days (by NOON on Wednesday) prior to the monthly meeting, which is the third Thursday of each month.

Members are elected by voters on the March ballot. You would see the Town Clerk about getting on the ballot. Alternate members are appointed by the Planning Board. Call the Planning Office if interested.
